During the Triple Bypass registration process we might not be able to respond to questions
quickly. The most of the common questions are answered here.
Q: Do I need my membership ID number to register for the Triple Bypass?
A: You "Contact ID" will be emailed to you prior to the registration date.
You will be asked for your last name and your "Contact ID" during registration.
Q: Am I a current Team Evergreen member?
A: You can find your membership information on the Team Evergreen website. Login
HERE. The website allows you to update your contact information, find your
Contact ID number, check the status of your membership, and renew if necessary.
If you have never logged on to the website, you will need to create a login account to the site.
Use the "Forgot password" link if needed.
Q: I logged into the Team Evergreen website, but I don't see my membership information.
A: You can view the membership information we have associated with your email address by clicking on the "View Contact Dashboard" link in your account once you have logged into the site. If you have no membership information under "View Contact Dashboard" you may have registered with the wrong email address. Please create your website account with the email you provided when you registered for membership.
If you register with a new email address, the system "should" find your existing
information and merge the two records.
Q: Will I receive renewal emails that remind me when I need to renew my Team Evergreen membership?
A: Yes, we send out regular email reminders for membership renewals. If your membership has expired and you have not seen a renewal message please check your SPAM or junk mail folder and add "email@example.com" and "firstname.lastname@example.org" to your address book to help ensure delivery of our email messages and reminders to your inbox.
