Triple Bypass Shuttle Bus Transportation   

Welcome to the 2012 Triple Bypass transportation page. Bus transportation pricing is $75 per person and includes one bike and one small bag.  This year, transportation reservations will be available during regsitration.

2012 Transportation Schedule 

Bus transportation to and from the Start Line (Evergreen, CO) and Finish Line (Avon, CO) Saturday and Start Line (Avon, CO) and Finish Line Sunday (Evergreen, CO) will be available for $75 per person and includes one bike and one small bag.
 

New Transportation Information for 2012  - Plan ahead and be prepared!

Please plan ahead and purchase your transportation during registration in order to make sure a seat is guaranteed.  Based on demand and capacity, only riders who purchase transportation ahead of time will be provided transportation.  At least 50% of the seats must be purchased in order for Triple Bypass to move forward with a scheduled bus listed below. Therefore, if there isn’t enough demand for one of the scheduled routes listed below, the bus will be canceled. If your reserved bus route is canceled, your credit card will be credited the $75 transportation fee and you will be notified immediately via email.  Alternative transportation options will be listed on the Triple Bypass website in early Spring for riders to book on their own.

Frequently Asked Questions about Return Transportation:

I have registered for the 5:00pm Shuttle. What happens if I have not completed the ride and miss the shuttle? - OR – I have registered for the 8:00pm shuttle, what if I finish early and want to go on the 5:00pm shuttle?
If you have a confirmed reservation for a specific time, we will make sure you will have a seat on that bus. If you miss your scheduled bus time and there is space on the next bus than we will put you on it. 

There are three stops in Evergreen. How do I know which stop is closest to my car?
When you are parking your car, the lots will be named and color coded. Please pay attention to the name and color of your lot before you leave the start area. You might even want to send yourself a text message or take a picture with your phone – as sometimes the little details can get foggy after 120 miles and 3 mountain passes! At the finish line, when you line up to board the buses, they will put a color tag on your bike corresponding with your parking lot. We’ll have a map of the start area at the bus boarding zone to help jog your memory.

Will there be a Luggage Truck to transport a small bag with a change of clothing from the start line(s) to the finish line(s)?
YES! Team Evergreen provides a complimentary luggage truck at the start line on the morning of the event to transport a small bag to Avon. Luggage drops will be available at the RTD lot, Bergen Valley Elementary, Castle Court and Bergen Meadow Elementary. We ask the bags be completely zipped up and contain no valuables. Please be sure your bag is marked with your name and cell phone number so that we can locate you if you forget to pick it up after the ride.

Beaver Creek Resort Properties Transportation

When you book lodging at a Beaver Creek Resort Property (see lodging page for property listing) you receive the complementary shuttle service below. PLEASE NOTE: There is limited availability for this service. Please sign up no later than June 15, 2012. Please Call VBCRP Reservation at 800-859-8242 to reserve your Lodging and Transportation.  Transportation is complementary with  your Beaver Creek Resport Property reservation.NOTE: Shuttle schedules are based on a minimum reservation of 6-peplpe per shuttle and subject to cancellation in the event of not meeting the required minimum. Bikes and one bag per person are allowed on shuttle.
