Transfer Entry

There are two periods of time where transfers are allowed. The first one is February 1st through March 1st. During this transfer period, riders that receive a transfer will be able to select their jersey size and have the rider packet and ride jersey delivered to the packet pick-up location of their choice or mailed to them via US Mail. The second dates are March 2nd through July 10th. During this transfer period, riders that receive an entry transfer will need to use your packet and ride jersey. You and they will need to coordinate the packet exchange and compensation. There will be a rider bib (helmet number, bike number, and wrist band) with the transferees information available for them to pick-up at the start area(s) between 6 a.m. and 8 a.m. on Saturday, July 14 and Sunday, July 15, 2012.  If the jersey is the wrong size there are provisions at the finish line to exchange ride jerseys and/or it can be done on Team Evergreen's Facebook page.  View Transfer Process Flow Chart.

How do I transfer my registration?

Step 1: Send an email to register@triplebypass.org indicating you would like to transfer your entry to someone else.  We will send you a transfer coupon code.

Step 2: Once you find a rider to take your entry, send the new rider the transfer coupon code and instruct them to go to http://register.triplebypass.org.

Step 3: The new rider will register and enter the transfer code in the “coupon code” field and pay the $25 transfer fee.

Step 4: After they pay the $25 fee, your entry will become theirs. Any compensation is to be worked out between you and the transferee.

Why use the transfer process?

  • It is not permitted to ride under someone else’s information.
  • As a new rider with a transferred registration, you will receive a rider number and bib with your name and information on it.
  • You will receive a rider packet just like everyone else.
  • Most importantly, we will have the correct emergency contact information, and we will be able to run a safer ride.
